The Brief
Meta needed end-of-year celebrations in both NYC and LA on a streamlined budget, during a period of company sensitivity. The experience needed to feel warm and intimate — not extravagant.
Our Approach
We built a single design language and shared vendor system across both cities to control cost, then layered in tactile, cozy elements that drove genuine interaction: a hot chocolate station, custom sock embroidery bar, and s'mores lounge — each one a conversation starter that extended the evening.
